All permits issued from the respective City that may be within the District’s easement or right of way must be initially reviewed by the District and a letter of no objection must be received prior to issuance of permit.

Please fax or email a copy of survey utilizing “X’s” to indicate proposed construction to Brendas@nsidfl.gov or fax to (954) 755-7317.

Please note all reviews for no objection letters are done once a week, typically on Friday and in the order in which they are received.
