NSID Annual Free Chlorine Maintenance
From July 13 to July 27, NSID will perform its annual free chlorine water system maintenance. During this period, customers may notice minor taste or odor changes, temporary lower water pressure, and hydrant flushing activity.

North Springs Improvement District has become aware of an unauthorized phishing email that appeared to be sent from the District billing email address with the subject line “IMPORTANT DOCUMENT INSIDE.”
The email was not sent or authorized by NSID. Do not click any links, reply to the email, or provide any information. Please delete it immediately.
At this time, NSID has no evidence of any compromise to our systems or customer data. We are working with our IT team to investigate.
