When Fats, Rags, Oils, and Grease (FROG) are disposed of down the toilet or drains, they can build up in pipes causing damage to lift stations and the sewer system, leading to sewage spills affecting our homes and streets.  In addition to the costly repairs, sewer backups pose a serious public health.

Our expert staff will come to your residence to inspect and unclog any blockage within the Districts right of way at no cost. If the obstruction is found on the homeowner’s side of responsibility and the cleanout is accessible, our staff will utilize the sewer jet machine to flush the line and provide temporary relief until a plumber can be contacted the next day to repair it.

 Call NSID to investigate, and there will be no cost to you. If you contact a plumber before contacting the District, and the blockage in on the Districts side, unfortunately, you will not be reimbursed for the cost. Save your hard-earned money and contact us first!
